Terms & conditions


These terms and conditions is valid when Hawklaser m;fa Håkan Persson, VAT/REG-ID: 800808787901, Adress: Hawklaser.com , Kalmarvägen 37, 85730 Sundsvall, SWEDEN, furthermore named as Hawklaser providing products in the e-store on www.hawklaser.com


2.1 Orders are made in the manner instructed by Hawklaser, via e-store or email. The Agreement shall be deemed to have been signed when both Parties have confirmed it, by Hawklaser.com to send a order confirmation and by customer by paying for the order.

2.2 The customer needs to enter correct e-mail and postal address in full in international format. We do not refund postage costs for wrong format on shipping addresses returned to us.

2.3 Delivery is made from one of Hawklaser´s stock locations and the customer is notified of the delivery by email with or without tracking-id depending on the shipping method chosen by customer.


3.1 Faults in the product, delivery or amount of products in the order shall be remedied by Hawklaser promptly.

Faults refers to technical problems, broken parts or products, missing parts or products. The customer is solely responsible for installation and having the proper knowledge in doing the installation correctly without damaging the product or parts delivered.


4.1 The customer pays the amount on the invoice by chosen payment option.

4.2 Payment policys on other options, like Credit Card, Klarna Invoice/Pay later/Part payments and others – the payment policy is set by the payment processor.

4.3 The payment processor might deny payment on pre-orders for different countries due to local laws and regulations.


5.1 Hawklaser can for credit score purposes or confirmation of postal address gather information about the customer from other sources than the entered information in the e-store order.

6.1 The agreement does not mean that the copyright or other intellectual property rights are transferred to the customer. In addition to what is permitted in writing by Hawklaser, the customer may not sell, copy, assign or give the right to the material to others.


7.1 Hawklaser is exempt from the obligation to compensate for damages or to fulfill certain obligations under the Agreement, if the damage or omission has its basis in circumstances beyond the control of the Party (“Liberating Circumstance/Befriande omständighet: Note: Swedish law”) and the fact prevents, significantly complicates or delays the fulfillment of such obligation. The same applies if the damage or failure is due to delayed deliveries from Parts’ subcontractor caused by the liberating circumstance.

7.2 Such as liberating circumstance can be regarded as, inter alia, government action or omission, new or amended legislation, labor conflict, blockade, war, riots, sabotage, extreme weather conditions, lightning strikes, fire, explosion, flood, natural disaster, accident or cable failure caused by third parties.

7.3 A Party calling for exemption under paragraph 7.1 shall promptly notify the other Party thereof. Reason for exemption is considered to exist as long as the exempting circumstance constitutes an obstacle to fulfillment, but not exceeding three (3) months. Thereafter, each Party shall have the right to withdraw from the Agreement without notice.


8.1 You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.

8.2 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

8.3 Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase and the refund can only be returned to the same account/card it was paid from. Send a email to us on helpdesk@hawklaser.com to start a return procedure. No need to specify why the product is returned.


9.1 Products do have a guarantee for twelve (12) months.

9.2 The product guarantee/warranty is only valid if the product is installed properly, with the right tools and in a professional manner.

9.3 Damages to a product derived from faulty installation is not covered by the guarantee/warranty.

9.4 To initiate a warranty procedure – contact us and specify what´s wrong with the product, how it arrived or when the problem/fault was noticed. Include pictures if possible.

9.5 Products claimed on warranty is replaced with a new product. If the product does not exist in the product line any more a equivalent product will be shipped to customer.

9.6 If the product has expired from the store, a full refund of the product is made after inspection – see .8 with Returns

9.7 Warranty does not apply to fluids or oils.

9.8 Warranty is only valid to the buyer – named on the reciept.


10.1 Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Return shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if not paid by you when shipping it back to us.

10.2 Refunds on pre-orders are made upon request after confirmation that the order is not passed the packing-state and on delivery to the customer.
If the product already has been shipped, the policy in .8 is valid – see RETURNS.


11.1 The parties’ rights and obligations in interpreting and applying the Agreement shall be determined in accordance with Swedish law.

11.2 Disputes arising from the Agreement shall finally be settled in the Stockholm District Court
